1. Cancellation
– Customers can request cancellation within 7 days of placing an order.
– For digital services, cancellation may not be allowed once access is provided.
2. Refunds
– Refunds will be processed via Razorpay to the original payment method.
– Refund processing time may take 5–7 business days depending on the bank.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
– Partially used services or downloaded digital content.
– Services canceled after the stated time frame.
4. How to Request a Refund

– We will verify and initiate the refund via Razorpay.
